杨宽,汉族,中共党员,法学博士、博士后,5845cc威斯尼斯人官网版下载长聘副教授、博士生导师,院长助理,5845cc威斯尼斯人官网版下载空天政策与法律研究院副院长,中国国际法学会理事,中国空间法学会理事,北京国际法学会理事、副秘书长,国家航天局空间法律中心研究员。兼任国际宇航联太空交通管理委员会(IAF Space Traffic Management Committee)专家,《中国空间法年刊》编委,《适用于外空军事利用的国际法手册》(MILAMOS手册)项目联合专家,爱尔兰都柏林圣三一大学中国校友会理事。2011年至2015年,经国家公派留学爱尔兰,获都柏林圣三一大学法学博士学位;2017年至2018年,任加拿大麦吉尔大学5845cc威斯尼斯人官网版下载航空与空间法研究所J. Ⅰ.Basic Information |
Dr. Kuan Yang is an Associate Professor and PhD supervisor of international law at the School of Law of Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT). He is also the Assistant Dean of the BIT Law School, the Deputy Dean of the BIT Academy of Air and Space Policy and Law, Member of Board (Directors) of the Chinese Society of International Law, Member of Board (Directors) of the China Institute of Space Law, Member of Board (Directors) and Deputy Secretary-General of the Beijing Society of International Law, and researcher at the Space Law Center of China National Space Administration (CNSA). Dr. Kuan Yang holds a Ph.D. in international law from Trinity College Dublin (2016). He was an Erin J.C. Arsenault Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Air and Space Law of McGill University (2017-2018). He was also a member of the Global Future Council on Space Technologies of the World Economic Forum (2017-2018); and Associate Expert of the Manual on International Law Applicable to Military Uses of Outer Space (MILAMOS). His research interests lie in public international law, international space law, international air law, and the law of the WTO. He has published in several fields of international law and worked on a number of research projects funded by the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (SASTIND), CNSA, the Asia Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO), the China Institute of Space Law, etc. E-mail:kuanyang@bit.edu.cn |
